Murder on the property...!!!!!

Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004
We have lived in these aparments for a year and we don't enjoyed it! There were a few murders behind my apt.
I was freeze all the time because The manager turned off the heat during winter time on first week of Janurary.! Also, turn off A/C during hot weather for no reason. What a dumbazz..!! A lot cockroaches, black widows, ants, fleas everywhere inside the apt..! Eww grossly..
In the bathroom,toliet always overflow because the kids put the small rocks inside the sewer's pipes in the front door of apt cause flooding everywhere all inside the apts..!!
The pool always dirty, smelly..!!
