We lived there for 2 years. We lived there for such a long time only because it is close to the campus. A lot of unpleasant things happened during the two years.

First, roaches!!!! Once you move in, you will find you just join a happy bug kingdom. Hundreds of roaches are running around in your apartment, not only in the kitchen, but also your bedroom. Don't be surprised if a roach creeps on your face when you are sleeping.

Unsafe!!!! This is the biggest problem in this apartment!!!! Lots of suspicious people live around, things got stolen very frequently. Bikes, cars, strollers, anything that are put outside, be prepared that you won't see them again...Even inside the home is not safe as well. Home was broken in. People got robbed. A friend of mine had their car stolen recently.

Air conditioning problem. This summer, the AC went down 4 or 5 times, each time was 3 to 4 days!!!

Poor management. The newly changed manager is not responsive. One time I asked for filter change. One week later I asked the maintenance guys directly and was told they knew nothing about it. It seemed like the manager didn't want to change it at all!!
