I have lived at La Cresenta for the past year and have been very happy! I disagree with the negative comments. I have found the mgmt. and maintenance to be very professional. Work orders are always completed in a timely manner and the property is very clean. I have especially enjoyed my large apartment and the huge grass courtyards which offer lots of privacy and great views! Not to mention the two pools! La Cresenta is also UTILITIES INCLUDED!! Huge bonus in AZ!!! I am moving out of state but would absolutely refer my friends to La Cresenta!

Well maybe things finally improved since the last time I was there 5 years ago. It was OK when I was there then went downhill in the end. Hasta Luego!

Huh; maybe they improved in the year since I lived there; I left 7/2008, so maybe they've had a massive upheaval, fired the entire office staff, fixed the roach infestation, and got new owners?

Last 3 reviews all say about the same thing, and with in a 2 week time span. It seems to me like the staff might be "astroturfing" their reviews.
