I have lived here for about a year now and I really enjoy the complex. It is within walking distance of ASU, grocery stores and many other miscellaneous shops and businesses. The price is really good for what you get. The staff is very professional and friendly. I have yet to have any problems with any creepy crawlers. All of the utilities are included which is great because I don't have a pricy bill for electricity in the summer. Overall, I would recommend this complex to anyone on a budget, especially college students.

Last 3 reviews all say about the same thing, and wih in a 2 week time span. It seems to me like the staff might be "astroturfing" their reviews.
