I really enjoyed living here and would not have moved if they had not raised my rent after a year. I was disappointed that they raised my rent so high after my special was over, but there's nothing I can do about that. I first fell in love with these apartments because they have a lot of style- great architechture inside and out, with angled walls throughout the apartment. I found that maintenance was very speedy and well done. I also had trouble with parking from the club nearby, but after talking with the office staff they started towing cars which sent the message to club patrons rather quickly. There were always beer cans in the parking lots on Sundays, but they were cleaned up on Monday when maintenance returned for the week. The pool and hot tub were heated and working about 99% of the time. There's lots of extra guest parking and I never had anyone mess with my car, despite the people from the club. On the weekends, it usually gets a little loud as the club lets out, but it always calmed down quickly. Plus the office has a movie rental program with really decent movies and the managers were really great there. So if you have the funds, it's a pretty good place to live.
