I've lived here almost two years and thought I'd give a review. Most people only write reviews after they move out, so I thought I'd give a different perspective.

My wife and I really like this place. After being in a huge complex previously, living in a smaller complex has been nice. The manager lives here too which means he has a vested interest in how the place is. I can't speak for others, but he's been friendly to my wife and I.

Maintenance is good. The place is kept clean and things are usually fixed within a day. Despite being only about a mile from ASU and Mill Ave, it is pretty quiet, at least on our side of the complex. There is some plane noise due to being in the flight path, but it's never disturbed us at all. It is nice being so close to Tempe Town Lake and Papago Park if you like to run or hike.

The worst thing is the paint job that was just completed. Somehow the owner thought maroon, pumpkin, and blue went well together. Another downside is that they didn't always inform the tenants when the painters were going to be around, but I asked the manager if he could let us know if someone was going to be on our balcony, and after that, we would get a note on our door letting us know. I think they should just let everyone know, but at least he'll let you know if you ask.

Being close to ASU, the freeways, Mill, Tempe Town Lake, Papago, etc. is great, but the downside is that sometimes traffic is blocked due to big events like ASU football or 4th of July fireworks. Nothing too big in my opinion. My wife and I will be here for another year or two until we move out of Arizona.
