i've lived here for about a year now and have never had any major problems. the manager isn't the best but as that's the only problem i've dealt with i'd say i'm pretty happy about my living situation. the maintenance man is older but he always gets things done in good time, and is usually around the grounds if you have a problem he'll walk right to your apartment and help at that moment. as an asu student its a great place to live because of its location to campus, and pre-gaming before football games is great. i have a dog as well and he loves the closeness to the dog park at papago, and besides the pet deposit it's only $10 a month, and even though they have an on-site laundry room i have a washer dryer on the porch which is $30 a month, which makes it very convenient to do laundry. each apartment gets one covered spot, and as i'm in a single, i never have issues finding parking because i have a designated space, but when friends come over they've never complained about finding a place to park either. the only downfall is its proximity to sky harbor airport, when planes go by your can definitely hear them, although i got pretty used to it after about 2 weeks and it makes it really nice to pick people up from the airport when you live 5 min. away. overall, i'd reccomend this place, great price and overall a cozy place to live.
