First of all Lakefront does have very pretty views and a nice glorious lake but it is just not enough to contend with all the negative aspects.

-The wall outside my apartment is falling apart and no one has bothered to fix it.There was a fire also in the apartments across from me and no one has painted the burn marks. So when I step outside to go to work in the morning all I see is crumbling, firey ghetto.

-To use my heading, there are so many roaches that crawl up the drains, no matter how much bug spray you use, always there are roaches. I have had many a roach interrupt my showers by slithering up the drain as soon as i take the plug out.
It is disgusting!!!!!!

-Parking is very annoying because there are no appointed spots so anyone can park in covered. At night you have to hike to your apartment from the far away parking because all the parking is taken. Not to mention that the first covered parking outside my apartment has had a broken down car in it for months!!! It has expired tags, two flat tires and is layed with dust. I have complained numerous times to managment about this abandoned vehicle yet nothing is done.

All in all I cannot wait to get away from this hell-hole and beware the gates only work part of the time.
