My fiance and I have lived here for the past six months. When we moved in they told us that there were going to be all of these great improvements like a fitness center and a movie screen. The only thing they seem to have updated is the rental office which looks great and nothing like the rest of the complex of course.

At first we thought living here was great, then we found out how shoddiy this place is put together. All of the windows are single pane so there is no heat or cold retention and there is a large window in the living room which faces the outside walkway (5th floor) that if you press in the center it will bow. There weren't even any locking mechanisms in the window until we complained about it and they gave us those little screws that you tighten around the frame to keep it from sliding open.

It rained really hard against the back of the building where our bedroom is one night during monssoon season and the window above our bed leaked around where it was joined into the hole in the wall.

There is a dishwasher that was broken from the day we moved in which we reported to the management promtly and maintanence didn't come around to fix it until after three months of constant complaints. It is a piece of crap anyway and must be 20 years old.

A large portion of the other residents have no courtesy. They talk loudly outside after 10pm on their cell phones and to each other and they throw late night parties weekly. There are three buildings with wide walkways between them and the acoustics are such that anyone talking on the ground outside can be heard clearly on the 5th floor. Lots of punk ass kids live here and I am only 24 so it's not some middle aged housewife complaining here.

Everyone seems to smoke in the elevators and they are constantly being tagged even though management just put new paneling in them and lights. Some little brats hocked a lewg last week on the down button on our floor and it has yet to be wiped off.

We are trying to move out since our 6 month lease is up in December.
