If you want a crappy apt this is the place. I lived there two years and went through 3 managers. But with the management now your lease means nothing. They will say and do as they please. Maintenance is very bad they do not know how to fix anything right. The office staff is rude, nasty and when you have a question they ignore you. People steal your cloths from the washroom, no parking, no security. This place is like living in the projects. Filled with ASU students very loud and noisy. I do not recommend this dump.
