First off the views were ok if you stood on the roof of the 2nd building. That said.... The apartments were horrible. I moved in and nothing was cleaned, the carpet was shredded at one of the bedroom doors, dishwasher and AC didn't work. Put in numerous complaints and work orders and didn't get it fixed. I made friends with one of the maintenance guys who came over off duty to fix the dishwasher. The staff if VERY rude. No respect for your lease at all. They kept raising the rent.A new management team came in and decided to start charging sewer and trash in the MIDDLE of our lease with NO 30 day notice at all. When confronted they told me that my lease was my 30 day notice. The maintenance manager is a perv. very disrespectful to women. When I left they sent me a bill for over $1000. I refuse to pay it because it is bogus charges. Now it is in collections and am still fighting now. to be plainly honest. Worst places I have ever lived... I also have included a pics of where my roof was leaking.

They are right on. Same thing applied when I lived there. Management makes your lease what they want it to be. They also changed my water bill then I received a sewer bill for a apartment? Management very nasty and rude. Thet are managed by a proprty management company out of Salt Lake called AMC. They do not even have a business lic. in Arizona. I left in Feb 2007 I am not through with this place. They treat tenants like crap. Our rent money paid there salaries. They should not get away with it. If anyone does call AMC they are a bunch of yes people. Legal action is the only way I determining if it worth anyones time and money.
