At one time (bout 4 years ago) it was an ok place to live. Fast forward to 2007...it's a total piece of s**t and as someone else stated, english is a 2nd language to the now management. I broke my lease legaly and got the hell outta there (not to mention I originaly signed a 6 month lease and they altered it to a year somehow!) after several months of non working air conditioning and having to spend about 9 thousand dollars on hotels just to live and breath! I will be contacting a lawyer. Now, let me tell you the story of this...

When it first wasnt working properly, it took them near 3 days to even send their trailer trash lookin repair guy to take a look...with it being 85 degrees at this point in the apartment he says "feels cool in here to me". No s**t you jack ass, its gonna feel cool to you just coming from 100 degree weather outside! So all he does is looks at the thing and says "oh its just so hot outside thats why its not working". Hmmmmmm, then why was it working fine just 3 days ago!!!!

Anyway, to make this long story shorter..I went round and round with these f**kheads about this and then when they finally did get a so called pro out there, he was rude as hell and didnt do jack sayin the unit was working fine. Then I called the office and told this real piece of broken english speaking trash that works there named Blanka (looks like the Pat character from Saturday Night Live) what happened and was polite and kind she/it starts screaming and yelling at the top of her/it's lungs saying and i quote "YOU KEEP CALLING US DAY AND NIGHT DAY AND NIGHT DAY AND NIGHT AND YOU COMPLAIN AND COMPLAIN, WE SIT IN YOUR APARTMENT AND IT WORKS FINE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!"

Then i continued to keep a calm professional voice and said "ok, is there any way you could relocate me to another apartment in the same complex'" then she/it continues screaming "THERE ARE NO APARTMENTS AVALIBLE AND YOU NO HAVE GOOD REASON TO TRANSFER WE DID ALL WE GONNA DO THERES NOTHING ELSE WE CAN DO!!!!!!!" so i said thank you and hung up and started investigating my legal rights.

Fast forward bout a week later, its 100 plus degrees in my apartment, im getting very physicaly ill and when i lost movement in half of my body, I called a friend to have him take me to the nearest hotel (he had to help me down the elevator and to his car as if I were a crippled old man...im in my early 30s). So after months of living out of hotels and trying to get outta that s**thole, I finally did it!

And not to mention....going back to when I first moved in there...punk teens skateboarding up and down the hallways and screaming, yelling and partying till all hours of the night...and they did nothin bout that either!

These pricks aint heard the last of me yet...they got another thing comin in the near future when I sue the hell outta these bastards! It aint over till its over..

TO THE PERSON WHO WROTE THIS LAST EMAIL ABOUT LAKE FRONT. I LIVED THE EXPERIENCE THERE. WAS NICE NOT ANYMORE SINCE AMC CORP OUT OF UTAH BROUGHT IT OR IS MANAGING IT IN 06. I HAVE HAD EXPERIENCES WITH BLANKA. SHE IS A YES MAN. I WOULD CALL THE OFFICE WHY HAVENT YOU FIXED MY PROBLEMS AND SHE WOULD HANG UP ON ME OR JUST BE A DOWN RIGHT B---H. THE AIR THERE IS OF A 1973 VINTAGE WHICH IS WORN OUT. I HAVE HAD NOTHING BUT PROBLEMS WITH THAT MANAGEMENT IN THE OFFICE. I SHOULD HAVE SUED FOR WHAT THEY HAVE DONE TO ME. AMC LET ME OUT BECAUSE OF MEDIA EXPOSURE I THREATENED AMC WITH. THEY ARE A BIG MANAGEMENT CORP WHICH HAS A LOT OF PROPERTIES. THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT THERE TENANTS. ALL THEY WANT IS THE RENT. NOW THE LAST TIME I CHECKED THEY DO NOT HAVE A BUSINESS LIC IN ARIZONA. I HAVE PLENTY OF VIOLATIONS ON THESE SOBS. BUT FIGHTING THEM ALONE IN COURT IS NOT IN MY BUDGET. A CLASS ACTION LAW SUIT IS WHAT THEY NEED. BUT I FEEL FOR YA EVERYTHING YOU WENT THROUGH SO DID I AND ALOT OF OTHER PEOPLE WHO HAD NO CHOICE BUT TO GET THE HELL OUT.
