I have been here for 4 months out of my 6 month lease.Suffice it to say that I've already given my 60 day notice.I've had my car broken into and cd unit stolen, been awakened at various times during the night by drunken residents threatening to beat others to death, had my water stop running, and after notifying the management of that fact on a Friday, had to threaten the management with approaching the City of Tempe on Tuesday to get the problem resolved.A high percentage of residents throw their trash anywhere and everywhere.Last week someone was throwing out a large tv,so they just left it on a counter in a laundry room. This past weekend, someone was throwing out a couch,so they dumped it out by the road. An apartment that had a fire, and the unit below it ruined by the water, have sat unrepaired for 4 months, leaving the place looking like a slum.Frequently you enter the elevator to find it filled with grafitti or empty beer bottles. What a dump! Incidentally,it costs more than many apartments in the valley that are actually luxurious. The management and ownership are pathetic.Too bad, it's a lovely location.

I moved back to AZ after living in New Mexico for about 3 years and first thing I did was visit my friend who lived there. I was a nice place back then and I was so surprised how much it had changed!! Not just the people but the place looked unkempt and frankly some of the people made me nervous. My friend and I took a walk along the lake and I told her all about living in Albuquerque, NM and how much I missed AZ, but we didn't walk long because she said the place had changed so much that it might be dangerous to walk after dark. too bad.
