Just a little background on the place... Tenants need to make multiple calls to the front desk to have unskilled maintenance people come out and make a shoty and very temporary fixs to whatever maintenance issue one might have... mine was a leaky dishwasher that poured water onto the floor every time it was used. One of my favorite?s was when they decided to repave the whole eastside parking lot including the personal parking space which I pay for and the management dispatches a letter to all tenants telling us to have our cars removed by such and such a date or it will be towed, they didn?t bother telling us where to move our cars or saying they worked out a deal with the shopping center across the street so we could park our cars in their lot, no it was simply move your cars and stick them somewhere else for 3.5 days. Other smaller issues include gardeners and their leaf blowers outside your window regularly at 6:30 to 7:00 am, inoperable front gates, and rent-a-cop security flashing a spotlight in your face every time you?re outside past 10pm. The show stopper for me was when my key broke off in the door lock at 10:30 at night and when I called 24 hour maintenance and told them I was locked out they told me it was my problem and to call a locksmith.

Long story short: this is Arizona, there is 5 apartment complexes? on every block don?t waste your time, money, and energy on this one.
