I've lived here for 4months now. There is constant leaves being blown in the parking lot. Security is worthless. Management & Maintence are working for another complex because if they were working for this one then alot of petty issues would have been resolved. My a.c. has had the filters changed and still blowes about 90 degree air at me. My bathroom fan has been requested to be fixed over 3x but no show. My toilet flooded about 2x maint. showed up w/a plunger and nothing else. didnt even clean it up. I had a leak in the roof so when it rained the other day it dripped onto my printer and broke that. I called managment and they said i should of had renters insurance. The management is abunch of rude, inconsiderate, non professional, unhelpful, and if i may a holes. dont rent here you will lose in the end.
