I live at this complex and have had numerous problems dealing with the management. The worst was when I tried to turn in my rent check to the managers fifteen minutes after closing, b/c the next day I had to work from nine to six and would be unable to deliver my check personally. Not only would they refuse to open the door for me to speak to them, they made me shout through the window and when I said I would be unable to deliver my check, they shrugged their shoulders and walked out the back door. Good managment would have the decency to at least leave a drop box for situations like this or treat their residents like human beings. There is one good employee here by the name of Sarah, the rest are absolutely horrible. Save your dignity and put your money elsewhere, there are much nicer apartments for the same price.
