LOOK ELSEWHERE!!!!!!

Years at this apartment: 2000 - 2002
 
I live at this place for two years. The management is terrible, I had my car broken into twice in to years. The noise is horrible at all times, they'll sure wake you uo in the morning with the leafblowers and they don't care. I lived in phase two by the lake and I had to walk about a mile to the car, there is no parking anywhere and if you have a carport somebody will park on it anyway. In Conclusion, look for management companies that have a good history, i.e. alliance, greystar, etc. I know live in a greystar apartmnet and I could be hapier, I am paying about $150 less for a bigger and newer apartmnet.
