I am a current resident and not only am i suprised by some of the entirely unfounded negative comments i am SHOCKED at the attack on management.

I have never had a bad run in with anyone in the office. I found everyone to be pleasent and incredibly helpfull. Not only are they eager to please but also most are incredibly physically attractive.

I have enough money to buy a house, but i thought.... if i get a home i want get the awsome service i do at THE LAKEVEIW.

I challenge anyone to find a superior apartment complex. Maintainance, Management, grounds are all fantastic.

I LOVE THIS PLACE!

haha... ok ok so you stay at this palce and dont buy a house because the staff is GREAT! lol. This has tobe the worst attempt at a fake review from amanagement I have ever seen.

This is the worst staff I have ever dealt with in my 4 yrs of renting in tempe. Maintenance takes about 2 weeks to get anything done for you if they even get it done.. BE SERIOUS with this review... and they try to rape you at the end with all these -------- charges
