I lived here for two years, and the staff used to be ok, but the people in charge right now are the biggest joke I have ever seen.. The place only "looks" nice and the only reason I renewed my lease after the first year was the complex was close to my work. I regretted signing a new lease as soon as I did though. The staff seems to be very nice when you go to look at the apartments and that because they make a commission when you rent, but once you are there they could care less about you. They treat you like they are doing you a favor when something breaks. Again when you move out they make things up so they can make more money. I had an apartment by the pool and although it was locked after 11 pm on weekends people could easy access it by going over the fence. I complained over 4-5 times that at 2,3,4am people were in the pool partying and drinking because the management did nothing. One time I was on my patio and the security came by and told them hey keep it down or I will get in trouble for letting you stay in there. The security would make people get out and lock the fence at 11 pm then tell people he wont be back and the people would go right back in. People parked in my spot on a consistent basis and the staff did nothing to help, but god forbid you take one of their spots in the front you will be towed. I moved out of the apartment in April but my lease was not up until the end of June so I had to pay the last two months (may and June) which I did, but get this they called me in may to say my music is too loud. I had not lived there for a month and they were complaining to me about music the night before. ALSO!!!!! THE BEST PART.....

THE APARTMENTS HAVE SCORIONS!! If you don't ask them to have the exterminator come you will get stung. One time I got stung on my hand at 2 am while in bed sleeping and the other I got stung on the foot while sitting at my desk. If you have ever been stung by a scorpion you will understand how much it hurts. If you havent imagine 200 bee stings in one spot. They came and exterminated after each sting and it was clear for a few month but if you don't REQUEST the service they do not provide it.

My suggestion is move here if you absolutely need a place to stay close to work, but dont move here if you have any other options.

It's Arizona, there are bugs. Most communities have free pest control, like Lakeview but they will not spray your apartment without your permission because it is against the law you idiot... As for the pool, do you want them to put up razor wire? They locked the gates by your own admission, what do you expect them to do in the office when the problem is late at night 6 hours after the office has closed? Same thing with the parking... All you had to do was call the tow company to get rid of the offending vehicle...
