I checked out alot of apartments. Checked out their reviews as well. Everyone complains about the apartments they're at. It seems like the people who complain, are the people who came across a bad situation. Other apartments have cars stolen, break-ins, murders, rapes, blah blah blah.
But most of the complaints here. Is management/staff related. I was just their yesterday and Hannah, I believe she spells it that way, who worked their for just 3 months was awesome! Maybe it's not the staff. Maybe it's YOU as a person. CRY BABIES! Get that stick out of your crack and chill. People who write bad reviews, give out a good one. Have a REAL complaint like it rained and the roof fell on your head. Something! There's only bad reviews because the people who actually enjoy where they live and are happy and deal with situation up front.. They don't need to write a review at all. They're already happy! So stop your cryin about the staff. I'm pretty sure you'll get respect if you give respect.

I totally agree ketel....they are AWESOME when they are SELLING then afterwards, they don't care at all....they act like they are doing you a favor for the simplest things....and NO, I don't have any major complaints but I def saw a difference w/ the way staff treated me once I was moved in.
