The place is decent, definitely not worth the money, but the location is convenient. The plumbing is poor and the overall quality is average at best. You pay premium for the landscaping. The maintenance staff are not bad. But there is a new person in the office who is either stupid or rude. Every mention of a problem is met with a stare or a glare with very little comprehension or courtesy.
