HORRIBLE MAINTENANCE! I did not think it would be a problem, but several things are always broken and they either don't get fixed or take weeks to get fixed.

If you don't think maintenance should be a major concern, think again. I didn't think it would be a problem if their maintenance was slow to respond, but it has been a real issue. We have a gas leak (which they claim is normal, when it is really a big saftey hazard), and we have multiple appliances that do not work properly. If maintenance does fix something, it takes weeks, but usually, they leave us a note explaining why they aren't fixing the problem. Unless something is completely not working, they won't fix it. For instance, our dishwasher runs, but the dishes come out really dirty, so we have to handwash everything. They refuse to fix it. There are several major things that do not work in our apartment right now, and they aren't going to be fixed. The maintenance here sucks! They refuse to hold up their end of the bargain and make sure that everything that we are paying for works. They are not the least bit apologetic about it either. Do not live here! You will regret it.

I couldn't believe that maintenance could be any more of a pain. I moved in a couple of weeks ago and during the walk thru we came up with a list of things that needed to be fixed BEFORE we moved in. Well we've moved in and they did come through once and fixed a few things but not all of them. When we mentioned this and added problems not obvious on a walk thru... 2 1/2 weeks later, I'm still waiting. We called, gone down there and I'm running out of patience. I'm not new to renting an apartment! I'm going to be reviewing my lease agreement to take action against them if they do not get in by the end of this week. They told me they've had emergenceis, they're under staffed, they come in the order they were received... really? Cuz I put it in on Feb 18 and its not Mar 5... give me someone who's been waiting longer and I'll add them to my list of people that should be legal action! Ridiculous! Enough with their excuses!
