I lived at Lakeview at the Bay from May 2006 to May 2007. The first thing that rubbed me the wrong way is that management screwed up our move in date and did not have our apartment ready by the date that was agreed upon in our lease. Parking is impossible to find and you sometimes have to park across the street at the Village Inn restaurant. In the year that I lived here, three people were murdered. One girl was stabbed to death and two girls were shot. I definitely did not feel safe living here and I would not recommend it to anyone.

Do you know where the stabbing/shooting occurred? Unfortunately, I didn't know about these incidences before signing a lease, and would like to know if my apt. is the one where it happened so I can break lease now instead of later.
