Although they have beautiful grounds with a good pool....minus the ducks that fly in....this place has some issues....for one they are expensive, they nickle & dime you where ever possible...laundry facilities...cha ching..party room...cha ching. They've certainly had there share of safety issues too...like rape and killings...yet it's a "gated community." However, it's not safe at all, people climb over the walls from the complex next door to use the grounds. The security gates, stay open longer than they stay closed. Parking is absolutely terrible...way too many covered spots and not enough parking for your spouse/roommate to park...it's like a war trying to find a parking spot. The walls are definately thin too!!! You hear everything! And the staff...let's talk about the staff...certainly all about making their bonuses and NOT about providing the BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE!! They are moody, confrontation, and snippy. Manager is the nicest one there who actually treats you like a real person. I would suggest to look at renting a house, condo, or townhouse first before renting here. Trust me, you'll get a better deal doing that..parking and privacy! Looks can be deceiving and at this place, they are! Best of luck to you. Did I mention way to many college students' If you're looking for peace and quiet, don't rent here!
