This place is HORRIBLE!!!!! I just moved in a month ago, and I am literally counting the days until the end of my lease. So many things broken when I moved in. The floors and the carpet were filthy. The hot water heater was literally leaking so bad the whole bottom of it had rusted off! Now there is a major leak and a large hole in the ceiling of my bedroom and living room- I called the management 3 weeks ago about it, and they treat the problem as if it's no big deal. They said it would be fixed 3 weeks ago...and it's leaking again right now. There is barely any open parking. The grounds are very overgrown...plus it is major ASU party central. It is way over-priced for being so crummy. I also called the regional property mangement group, and they were not much help either. Don't waste your time or $$$ here. It is TERRIBLE!!!! Maybe one of the worst in the valley. Once they get you in...they just blow you off. Take my advice- this place is not good by any means! 3mPoZ6gGN6wTPgNi4L2C

I AM in Lakeview at the Bay... I am NOT lying. Why would I lie? What would be the point?? Trust me, I have had so much heartached since moving in here- I have had to listen to rain pouring into my bedroom for over 3 weeks now. Want to come see my unit for yourself??

If you pay your rent on time, you get red carpet treatment. If you do not pay your rent by the first of the month - what do you expect? By the way, I lived in Lakeview at the Bay 2005 - 2007 and never worked for the company.

ickylakeview - BEWARE!!!! They nickel and dime the heck out of you!!! if you already have carpet problems take pictures immediately and have them dated. They charge ridiculous fees "based on the sole opinion of the manager" and TRUST ME! - they aren't too considered about normal wear and tear, they will still make you replace it. I'm taking them to court over it.
