Please do not be fooled by the well manicured grounds and seemingly friendly staff. This place was one nightmare after another. Upon signing my 12 month lease, I got the keys to my filthy apartment (fridge, stove, bathrooms, toilets and windows had not been cleaned). There was food stuck to the side of the refrigerator and crumbs on the floor. When I reported it to management, their response was to note it on my move in walk through sheet. They did not offer to send someone up to complete the cleaning. I spent the first 2 days of moving in cleaning up what the previous residents had left behind. Over the next several months, the heat went out twice; the air conditioner broke 4 times in 6 weeks during the summer. I had to spend 3 nights in a hotel at my cost. The washer broke, the dryer broke, the fridge broke and faucets leaked under the sinks. The worst was the roaches. Despite keeping my apartment immaculate, I was greeted by a festering of large sewer roaches in my kitchen one night. I asked the office to please have someone come spray. Not only did they give me the runaround - they implied at one point that me and my roommate were imagining the infestation - "We do not have a roach problem here" was the response I received from the manager. Not until after capturing and killing 3 large roaches and physically bringing them down to the office - was I offered any help in sending a company to spray. I spent over $100 of my own money on bug killer. I have heard from my neighbors that they have had similar encounters or scorpion problems. The staff is rude, condescending and absolutely ridiculous. And please do not expect to get your deposits back or you will be sorely disappointed. Do not waste your time cleaning or going above anything other than removing your belongings. Please save your self the grief, energy and money and take your business elsewhere.

OMg!! this is terrible. Yeah i lived there last year and the staff was COMPLETELY rude! I had 3 cockroaches that came around after December of me living there. Parking is terrible as well. : /
