This is place is horrible. It was dirty when I moved in and when I moved out they charged me to replace the carpet...which was already in horrible condition. The service people do not respond (even to important situations). My roof was leaking (badly) and it took them three times to fix it right. The a.c. unit is not efficient...my utility bill for twice the space is cheaper than the apartment. They nickle and dime you for everything, and management is so rude. It is way overpriced...for what you get. My bike was stolen and my car was "spray-painted". There are abandoned cars in the parking lot that managment does nothing about, so parking can be a problem. The management doesn't communicate with each other...I had a package that was 2 years old, that they NEVER even let me know I had. I would not recommend this place to anyone...the pools aren't even that clean.
