Little Cottonwoods

Great place! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 6/20/2008 Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2008   I moved into Little Cottonwoods right after graduating college in the midwest. Not only was the staff especially sabrina, super sweet to me, but they helped make my move so much easier! I leased the apartment before ever seeing it in person, and for the $800 I was paying I was happy. I have never had a problem with my car, or drug dealers or anything crazy. My car was always in the garage, but my boyfriends brand new car was always parked outside, and he never had a problem. Anytime I had a service request the staff fixed it in a matter of a day, sometimes in a few hours. I loved this apartment complex for my first place after college! There are not a lot of younger students, and I never had a problem with neighbors being loud or parties. The only complaint I would have is when my year lease was up, they did raise my rent by $30 dollars/month.
