GOOD: Size of my efficiency was nice. Close to grocery store. Location is good for cycling to ASU. Management was okay and usually friendly. I never got to know my neighbors but I left my keys in the door more than once and was awoken in the middle of the night by my angelic neighbor wanting to notify me.
BAD: Some balconies were awful--all my plants died due to baking in the sun (no shade). My friends there were ratted out and subsequently charged $200 for dog-sitting ONE night since no dogs allowed on property. Neighborhood isnt fantastic. Management never fixed anything on time and will NEVER know your name. There were TONS of burglaries reported while I was here. A couple nights random drunk people knocked on my door in the middle of the night, demanding to come in. Not great for a single woman in an efficiency.
