Office Staff is the worst I've seen!

Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2005
Not only does the office staff act as if they are above every resident in the complex, the rarely adress issues and tenant complaints. I have left multiple messages for them to fix things and it took over 2 months to get it taken care of. Additionally, when I resigned they did not keep true to the cost of rent on the flyer that they left on my door. I'm so upset with their neglect of residents. The grounds are nice. That I will say positive of the place.
