I lived here for only six months. during that six months, our water was shut off over 30 times due to what the managment called "a water main break." sometimes only the hot water would be shut off, they claimed this was due to the boiler. i witnessed the maintenance man beat up and choke a man by the pool. my apartment as well as 2 of my neighbors were robbed. there is an infestation of bugs in apartments during the warmer months. the bathrooms are breeding grounds for mold. the lighting sucks! if u dont have a light on, the apartment is pitch black even in the day time. neighbors are ghetto and loud. it takes days for the maintenance people to come and fix a problem, sometimes they would just walk into my apt without even knocking. not to mention they are incompentent so that we they come to "fix" something, they usually break something in the process or dont do it right the first time. there is no outgoing mail which should tell you something about the safety here. they turn off the ac in november when it is still hot so you sweat to death. and then they turn it back on late in the summer so you just about die of heat stroke. the managment is rude and doesnt do their job. we asked them to send out flyers about the robberies and they said they would, but didnt. we asked them why the maintenance man attacked a man and they said that "it never happened." trust me, do not rent from mission springs. better yet, stay away from all bernard allison properties. they pretend like they are nice but its just to get you trapped into a lease. uWDgQKY3Vkv8FKIsB8Ax
