This apartment complex has nothing great about it... but.. I do have to say I enjoyed living so close to many things. (the mall, restaurants, etc.) First of all, the price is ok, basically because it includes utilities. When I first moved in, I wasn't expecting much, being that it was an apartment, but even the first day, the management was horrible. When I asked them questions about the building, the city and what not, they would answer by saying, oh well... we don't live here so we don't know. I asked them for directions to many places and they could have just looked it up if they didn't know, but they told us to go to the library. Icompetant jerks. Their computers never took our credit cards so they always made us walk to find a gas station to get money orders. When we would file nose complaints they would never contact security and never call us back about it. The apartment itself wasn't all that bad, except for the excessive water shut offs and the leaking and poor construction. and WOW.. the pools, don't be fooled by the pictures they have on the internet, they are gross... very very gross...They were always dirty (dirt, bandaids, gum, money) was always at the bottom. They were always freezing even though they state (1 heated) and the hot tubs were NEVER working....it was a waste of my time to even go outside to the pools.
The parking lot, well nothing ever happened to my car while I lived there, however.... yeah their security is bogus. You type in a number basically put a pound sign before it, and your in. Not to mention people just park and wait until you go in and they follow. It's crap.
All in all... I wouldn't live here again if I had too. To many problems with management. On the flip side, the surroundings are beautiful.. one thing they do take pride in, is there landscape, but maybe they should concentrate more on their customers.....

They now are bought by another company. My rent will go up at least 104.00 in October, but it doesnt matter...I am out of there. They are now boasting that they are going to sink 1 million plus into the complex and we all know it is bull. What the saddest part is is that they treat those of us that have been there for years like crap. One older lady has been there for 18 yrs and she finally said she had had enough and moved. I dont feel safe here, gunshots are heard frequently and apartments are broken into constantly. A few months ago one of their own staff was almost assaulted while cleaning a apartment. Not one warning from the office.
