My family lived here for two years, and believe me, it wasn't by choice!!
First off, when we moved in to our apartment, they didn't even shampoo the carpet. There were still crayon and fruit punch stains on the carpet.
Then there was the constant shutting off of the water. At least twice a month, EVER MONTH!! Then you're at the mercy of the office to turn on the air conditioning. I think thier policy is that it has to be OVER 90 degrees for THREE FRIGGIN DAYS IN A ROW, before they turn it on. So your forced to open your windows to cool down the place, but the screens on the windows have holes or don't fit around the window correctly, so you have bugs crawling or flying around your apartment because of that.
The "Reserved" parking is a joke. People take the liberty of parking in your "assigned" spot no matter what. You report it to the jerks in the office and they pretty much tell you that you have to deal with it yourself.
Oh yeah. The place is totally GHETTO! We had the unfortunate opportunity of living below a family that moved from Florida. Their duaghter loved to listen to GANGSTA RAP at full volume!!!! Not to mention smoke weed and have sex on the steps right in front of my apartment!! Yeah, they were black.
All in all, this complex sucks and I would not recommend it to my worst enemy. Well maybe.

I have lived in tons of apts and the only people that do it are black people. it's not racist, it's the truth. i second this review. white people don't listen to gangsta rap about selling drugs.
