Car got stolen twice, bugs, mold

My car got stolen twice from the parking lot. My wife pushed her entire arm through the shower wall into the apartment next door while she was shaving her legs. Also, a huge serious roach problem. We left because we couldn't afford to live there any more (I spent almost $4,000 fixing my car twice), and they took us to court. Now I have a court decision against me, and I have no recourse and my credit is damaged for 7 yrs.
