I've lived in the Valley for 7 years now, ever since moving here for college. I must say out of all the apartment complexes I've lived in Mission Springs has the best maintenance staff out of them all. I've yet to have something happen that they haven't fixed in a timely manner.
EDIT: (Had more time to live here)
That was my review after a few months of living there. Since the management has changed several times, and each time it seems to get worse. The worst tagged my car 3 times for being inoperable despite it being drivable, because it was dirty. They only lasted a few months, as well as refusing to cut me a deal on rent, and as I finished signing the lease again they offered a woman a 50% discount on rent.
The latest change (happened around Oct 30 2009) doesn't seem bad so far, but only time will tell. Bottom line, I wouldn't recommend this place unless things get dramatically better before I move in a few months.
