All the complaints are accurate. I have lived here for almost a year. They offered to reduce my rent by $180.00 to get me to stay. I am choosing to pay $300.00 more to leave. We have had our water cut off 4 times this year, ONLY 1 time getting notice. There are gun shots at night that will wake you if you sleep lightly. The place is getting more vacant every day. Everyone I have spoken to is leaving mainly due to the office staff. Mainteance guys are great but they have their hands tide so much, nothing really gets fixed. This place is a rip-off even at $879.00. We have had 3-4 managers in the one year here and have had too many Leasing Agents to know who is who.
The staff here cares nothing for its tenants. I have seen 2 year olds with more knowledge. DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
