The first thing that you will notice, the staff does not hang around. When can you trust a place that has a high turn over rate. The property manager is a liar, claiming she lives here and loves it... YEAH RIGHT!!!!!!
They have a pigeon problem that can not be taken care of. Did i forget to mention wild cats!! The stray cats are over running this place. They will piss all over everything that is on your porch.

There were roaches all over the building I lived in. They fixed that after 9 months, I even bugged bomed my own place!!! Mold or mildew all in my vents, which I cleaned out myself. Who trust a maitenece staff that will not even come up to your place to fix you door because they do not have permission to enter. We are here always becasue I have a child. There is no way that they could have come by!!!!!

Do not get me wrong, the place is OK. the experience sucks!!! The office ppl are rude, the pools suck, there is little space for my family and we are over charged. So they reduced our rent but started charging 40.00 for the electric, wow we saved 20.00 what a deal.

Cable here sucks comedy centeral was making a high pitch buzz for 7 months. Now there 14 and 15 are blank. It is always something here that sucks!!!!!!
