My husband and I have been here about 9 months, and so far the water has been turned off ten or so plus times just in the last few months. We had a pipe burst right out front of our ground level apartment and had a giant plumbing tank truck and workers clambering outside our bedroom window late into the night. This property has some real plumbing issues...in fact, as I speak the water is turned off right now...and has been for the past two days! I also was not very pleased to find out that the reason they pay for electricity is because they decide when you can use your A/C. If you're hot...too bad because the A/C doesn't get turned on until the majority of the complex wants it on...its off for months...we had to endure 90 degrees with no a/c. I will say on a more positive note that the units are cute and safety was not an issue (knock on wood) although the surrounding apartments had quite a lot of crime; including a shooting. We just wanted a place near ASU's campus that wasn't terribly expensive since we are both still in school, but I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.
