This place is awful, really awful! Like the other reviews I too have been without water, it has actually been out 13 times with little or no warning, sometimes up to 14 hours. The management is a joke, the property manager is useless. The cannot get back to you to save their lives. I actually created a website for the residents to post their concerns www.missionspringssucks.com. That will explain it all!
Long story short, don't rent here. It's not worth the time, effort or money they charge!!!!
