The A/C has been out several times this year, and it is currently out now. It is included in rent and we are still having to pay to live with the 112 heat. You have to harass the office to get a work order to go through; it may take several months to get somethign fixed. The cockroaches are a nightmare, spraying and bombing does not work. I have had clothes stolen from the washing machines and dryers in the laundry facility. The place doesn't feel real safe either, there is vandalism, smashed car windows and an apartment break in as well. The current manager is never around, you are lucky if you can find anyone in the office. The manager isn't rude but once you do find her, she isn't very helpful. I've also never seen the pool clean. The walls and floor seem to be paper thin. Overall, this place is a renters nightmare. I wouldn't recommend this place unless you're in a finacial dilema. Not the worst, but there is better out there.
