terrible, dirty, RUN AWAY, don't waste your time

Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2006
 
Pool is green.

Grounds are filthy. Trash and glass all
over. This has got to be the dirtiest
place in Tempe.

Management is not responsive.

Parking lots are loud with music, beer
and parties.

A/C often doesn't work.

Maintenance is bad.
