I have been living here for past 2.5 yrs...n its better than all the apartments i have seen around ASU...We didn't have any bugs/roaches as we keep the apartment clean...the management keeps changing frequently. And they don't fix issues in the apartment immediately, we need to keep bugging them repeatedly. Sometimes the tenants keep playing music loudly which disturbs your privacy...n the Orange St is dark at nights which is a bit scary to walk/bike alone....i have not seen or knew theft incidents in the apartment...Its a good option for students n a quiet place to live. The apartment (2bed/2bath) is very spacious n cheap compared to other apartments near ASU.
