I moved into Parkside 6 months ago and I'm not moving EVER AGAIN!!. (til it's time to buy a house, that is) It's in a neighborhood just outside of downtown but off the beaten path. If it hadn't been for a friend telling me about it, I would never know it existed. The whole place is covered with grass and big shade trees and the management actually cares to keep the place up and keep the tenenats happy. This has to be the quietest, cleanest place in the valley!! Plus, the outside looks old lady but all the apartment were remodled recently and the insides are completely different from what you'd think. They have a cool black, chrome and gray retro look. It wasn't the cheapest place that I saw but you do get what you pay for. If you're renting in Tempe and you're not here, your really missing out!!!
