I will keep this short and sweet. I currently live at Parkside. I have been here for 5 years. I don't plan to move and my neighbors feel the same. This beautiful community has it all. All single level apartment homes, gated community, every apartment faces the court yard, front and back yard patios, peaceful, friendly staff that cares, work orders get done normally the same day, recently remodeled, close to shopping. Believe me this place is paradise and the list goes on an on. You must see this community in the very heart of Tempe for your self. Just ask for Josh, the community manager.
