The Good - Awesome Manager. Beautiful Community. Hardly any noise.
The Bad - A couple of residents approached me and started to talk negative about management and the rent prices. They went on to say the rent is too high and the manager does not give any exceptions. I asked what has the manager done wrong' They went on to say that what he does for one person he has to do for everyone with no care to what situation the resident may be in. The manager has been raising rents for no apparent reason. I said good day to the residents without commenting.
It seems to me that some people have to much time on there hands. What I mean by that is that there may be to much gossiping going on.
I have had a terriffic expierience and I recommend Parkside to anyone who is looking for a very nice place to call home. Just try to avoid the gossip.
