You pay over $70 (at least) for water monthly!!! I think they even charge you for water that they use.
AC is from the stone age so the bill goes up easily over $200!! Rent is going up $250 end 2006!!!. Paying almost $1000 for 2 bedrom here is insane. And they do not offer anything special. ANYTHING!!! They even turned the gym into apartement so that they can rent it. And try to be late with rent for day or two. They charge you arme and leg. Since the new company took over, this is the worst place to live. You can come in and ask any of the residents. I think all these good review are writen by the manager or their employes. Josh. He gives me the creeps. Sleaziest guy you gonna meet in your life. At one point people where signing petition to get rid of him.
Do your self a favor and go somewhere else.
