The prices are outrageous, and even if they come down; the noise is horrible, the roaches are plentiful, and the neighbors are TRASHY. Maintenance DOES NOT EXIST. Don't let the pretty courtyards fool you. The trees and the shade are lovely... It's a SHADY PLACE! And NOT WORTH THE MONEY.
