BED BUGS!!! Noisy, Dangerous, Paper-Thin Walls, Creepy Neighbors

Management is not taking care of the bed bug problem.
Car vandalism, burglary, domestic violence, unexplainable water bills ($47 per month for one person who takes short showers and tries to conserve, never using the dishwasher) and drug dealers are all here.
Forget the shady courtyard on a quiet afternoon... Drive through the alley after sunset on a Saturday night. That's when the real Parkside Manor comes crawling out of the woodwork.
