Inexpensive apartment compared to others in the neighborhood. You get your basic stuff for a good price it just depends how much you want to put up with.
Most things are falling apart (leaks, AC, caulking) but the maintenance staff is really nice and they get things fixed quickly.
The front office staff is horrible though. It's constantly changing and has gone downhill since Sev left. No one knows what they're doing and they constantly lose things. They couldn't find my lease for the longest time when I was trying to renew it.
Not the best neighborhood. Rude, screaming kids. Cars broken into. My car's radio antennae was stole just the other week.
