The office staff is horrible

From the time we signed the lease to the time we moved in the entire staff had changed. It has changed constantly since we have lived there. A part of our refrigerator has been broken for 2 months and they won't even tell us when they will fix it. Our apartment was dirty when we moved in, and stains in our carpet keep reappearing from the last tenants. Let's just say that from the time we moved in until now, 12 months later, our entire building has moved out! I would not recommend this place. The office staff is so rude, and they really don't seem to care about their tenants.
